José Martin Zamorano

José has had more than 25 years of experience in management of projects, quality and processes, pointing the work done in the head office and the Spanish branch office of Ericsson S/A and in the operational management of projects of internationalization of foreign companies in Latin America. He is graduated in Engineering of Telecommunications at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Spain, he also has Academic Specialization in the area of Artificial Intelligence. His academic involvement also includes the role as a Professor in the Superior School of Telecommunications Engineering in Madrid, Spain, holding the chair of Mathematics applied to the Telecommunications.

Sara Sanchez Sanchez

Sara has been working at GrowAssociates® since 1998, and has more than 10 years experience in business law, both in Latin America and in the Europe, with wide experience in implantation of foreign groups in Brazil, specially with European companies. Sara is graduated in Law at Universidade Católica de Santos, she is specialist in European Community Law, from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, specialist in Business Law, from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and specialist in International Business Law, from Centro de Extensão Universitária. Sara is a member of Ordem dos Advogados do Brasil (OAB), São Paulo Section, and of Associação dos Advogados do Estado de São Paulo (Association of São Paulo State Lawyers). She is also part of the direction of Spanish Chamber Commerce.
